This year we are providing a tasting test for all by providing both yeast fermented cider and wild fermented cider. Do let us know which you prefer.

Deer Orchard Perry
Our vintage perry made from 200 year old plus trees. Water lugg, Rock, Potato, Red Longdon, Blackney Red.

Made from a mix of old and new perry trees. Judge amphlet, Oldfield, Gin, Newbridge and Red Jenkins.

Our Process
Tree to glass.
We pick up our fruit from historic orchards in Worcestshire, the home of the pear. Please click 'Learn more' if you are interested in getting your apples/pears into our cider.
Everything is hand picked.
Washed and put into the Mill.
Our hydropresses get the juice out.
We place each variety or blend in its own vessel, adding a half dose of sulphites to ensure a wild fermentation with some safety for our end.
Bottle up and serve after a maturing process of many months and many rackings.
